产品特点：

1、智能识别： 本设备通过PFID 识别物料箱，自动分配物料到匹配的工位，节省人力物力。

2、自动统计：每个工位每个班次的产量自动及时统计上传到电脑，方便绩效考核，也为以后工序优化有数据上的直观表现。

3、自送传送：物料箱通过链条带动平面循环运动，每个物料箱会依次经过设备两端的工位，RFID读卡器识别到相匹配的料箱时料箱会暂时停止前进，推箱机构会将相匹配的料箱推送至相应工位，已到达自动分配物料的目的。

4、工序工位编排灵活，PFID读卡器识别的是物料箱力的RFID卡片，每张卡片上的识别信息是可以编辑的，这样就能让物料箱停在指定的工位上。

5、节省车间空间，减少物料小车周转分派，节省车间周转空间。

PRODUCT FATURE：

1、Intelling dientification: this equipment recognizes the material box throuht RFID ,allocates the material box to the matching station automatically,saves manpower and material resources.

2、Automatic statistics:The output of each shift of each station is automatically uploaded to the computer in time for the convenience of performance appraisal and the visual perfomance of the data for the optimization of the process in the future.

3、Automatic transmission:The material box drives the plane circulation movement through the chain ,each material box passes through the stations on both sides of the equipment in turn ,when the RFID card reader recognizes the matching material box ,the material box will tenporarily stop advancing,and the push box mechanism will push the matching material box to the corresponding station ,The automatic distribution of materials has been achieved.

4、The process station is flexible:The RFID card reader identifies the RFID card in the material box ,and the identification information on each card in the material box ,and the identification information on each card can be edited so that the material box can be parked at the designated staton .
