主要用途： 表带的自动贴合

适用范围：需要根据不同在材料尺寸进行模具的制作

主要特点：

1、整合贴合工序（ 将以往三次贴合工序集中在一台设备上完成）；设备有三个料仓，也就是可以将三道贴合的工序整合到一个工序完成，从而提高效率。

2、整合折边工序，将原有人工折边同贴合整合到一起，一次性完成，减少加工时间，提高效率。

3、流水线生产，一人可操作多台设备，节省人工成本，可节省2~3人。

4、节拍时间为15s，可根据不同的要求，调整各部分时间。

5、各项参数可调，根据不同的加工材料，可将温度，折边时间等调整。通过PLC控制，更精准可靠。
