主要用途：适用于各种皮料的喷胶，贴合，TPU胶的热压贴合

主要优点：

1，工序整合：将喷胶工序和贴合工序整合到一台设备上完成，使产品的一致性得到保证，不会由于人为因素导致产品千差万别。

2、适应性强：尺寸范围在260mm x 160mm,两件材料需要喷胶贴合工艺的都可以适用。也可以单独用于对材料表面的喷胶。水性胶，油性胶，白胶，亚玛力亚胶都适用于本台设备。针对目前皮具行业工艺上的改进，将之前的表面喷胶改由TPU胶膜替代，我们在设备上附加了适用于TPU胶膜的功能（加热粘合）。

3、程序控制，操作方便，采用专业的喷胶运动控制器控制，喷胶路径和运动速度可随意编辑及保存。物料路径也可以在电脑上编辑好后通过示教器上USB接口导入保存。设备也可以保存999个路径文件，方便日后产品翻单生产。

4、料位整料：料仓有前后两个料位，每个料位都有两个拍料的挡边，把料仓里的物料通过这个机构整理好保证定位精度，从而保证两张物料的相对位置准确，以保证产品质量。

5、维护简单：输定带示本设备的耗材，需要定期更换（也取决于使用频率），输送带是由魔术贴连接，更换时无需工具方便快捷。

1、Process integration :glue spraying process and fitting process integratde into a single equipment to complete ,so that the consistency of the product is guaranteed,will not be caused by man-made factors resulting in a wide range of differences in the product.

2、The adaptability is in the range of 260mm x 160mm,and both materials are suitable for spray bonding process .It can also be used separately to spray glue on the surface of the material .Water -borne glue ,oily glue ,white glue are all suitable for this equipment .In view of the technological improvement in the leather industry,the former surface spray was replaced by TPU film .We also added the function (heating bonding) which is suitable for TPU film on the equipment .

3、Program control ,easy to operate :Control with professional spray motion controller,spray path and speed can bi edited and saved at will .The material path can also be edited on the computer and saved through the USB interface on the instructor .The equipment  can save 999 path files for future production.

4、Material level finishing there are two front and back material levels in the silo ,and each material level has two bezels of the eat material.The material in the silo is arranged through this mechanism to ensure the positioning accuracy,so that the relative position of the two pieces of material can be quaranteed to be accurate .To ensure the quality of the product.

5、Simple maintenance :The belt is the consumable of the equipment ,it needs to be replaced regularly(also depends on the applicable frequency ),the convey.
